Valid travel document*

Passport or national ID card valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned application date.

Digital passport photo*

JPEG format, 1300-1600px wide, white/light grey background, taken within last 6 months. No glasses, hats, or shadows.

Motivation statement*

Brief explanation of why you want e-Residency and how you plan to use it. 1-3 sentences is sufficient.

Pickup location selected*

Choose from 50+ locations worldwide (Estonian embassies and consulates). Can be in a different country than your residence.

Payment method ready*

Credit or debit card for the application fee (state fee). Paid online during application.

Contact address*

Current residential address for the application form. Must match your actual residence.

Employer / business info (if applicable)

Current occupation and employer details, or your business name if self-employed.
