If no board member of your Estonian company lives in Estonia, the Commercial Register Act requires you to appoint a licensed contact person and hold an Estonian legal address. This is not optional and cannot be done yourself — the contact person must be a notary, law office, sworn auditor or licensed trust and company service provider. Dalanta OÜ sells exactly that, bundled, at €124/year plus VAT. Official mail is scanned and emailed to you. Nothing else is included, which is the point.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- FIU000248 is held by Dalanta OÜ itself — the entity taking your money is the licensed one, which not every competitor can say
- Cheapest credible bundled price in the category at €124/year plus VAT
- Publishes real prices on real product pages, which most of this category refuses to do
- Official mail is scanned to PDF and emailed, with renewal reminders before expiry
- 5.0 rating across roughly 125 reviews on the official e-Residency Marketplace
Cons
- Single-purpose — no accounting, no formation, no invoicing; you still need a provider for all of that
- No physical mail forwarding on the standard plan, only scanned official correspondence
- Small operator with €2,500 share capital and only its CEO named publicly
- No refund or cancellation policy stated on the product page
- The €25 Business Register state fee for the address change is separate and paid to the registry
