Enty bundles what most e-Residents otherwise buy from three separate vendors: company formation, a legal address with contact person, monthly accounting with a personal manager, plus contract templates with e-signing and unlimited invoicing. Its real advantage over Estonian accounting software is that it connects to the accounts e-Residents actually use — Wise, Revolut, LHV, Paysera. Its real weakness is the transaction caps, which are low enough that the list price rarely matches the bill.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Connects to Wise, Revolut and LHV — the gap that rules out most Estonian accounting software
- Formation, legal address, accounting, contracts and invoicing under one subscription
- A personal manager is included on every service tier rather than sold as an upgrade
- Company formation at €350 including state fees is competitive
- The free Starter tier is genuinely usable for a pre-revenue company
Cons
- Transaction caps are low — 15/month on the €93 plan and 5/month on the €110 e-commerce plan, at €5 per extra, so real bills run above list price
- Trustpilot reviews (4.2) include repeated, specific complaints about late filings
- OSS (€50/quarter) and IOSS (€40/month) are billed separately despite the e-commerce plan's positioning
- Software and accounting-service pricing live on two separate pages, which makes the true cost hard to read
- Support quality reads as inconsistent across reviews — excellent in most, poor in a few
